Discuss the difference between fast food and traditional food, such as nutrition, and recipe?
Nowadays, a multitude of fast food is changing human’s eating habits. Comparing with traditional food, fast food has its special advantages, including lower price, convenience and fashion. However, there are also lots of negative side effects which provoke people to concern about, such as nutrition, recipe and well-liking problems. Personally, in my opinion, both fast food and traditional food have difference advantages and disadvantages.
Human relationship can not be established by fast food eating pattern. In modern society, the pace of human’s life becomes much faster, while the relationship of human’s becomes less friendly. Why? It is easy to find the answer. Obviously, the more fast food people have eaten, the less opportunity people have to communicate. Nevertheless, fast food also brings the children’s character to be disconsolate, because they have not got parental love. Can you imagine a child who has eaten humbugger and Coker Collar without parent’s emotional exchange every day? That’s cruel but really.
Further, even the short order is inviting and appetizing, but it is void of nutrition for human’s health. A statistics figure from an international nutritionist group recently, shows that serious of fitness problems will arouse if a person who has eaten hyper-calorie meal frequently. The evidence indicates that the excessive intake fatty and fried food probably broke balanced diet and cause a variety of deathful disease. Accordingly, from nutritionist point of view, conventional food will support affluent nutrition to body systemizes.
Lastly, traditional food can in stand of a historical culture, but fast food just play a popular role in modern society. Take Hun Ton, which is one kind of long history traditional food as an example, has its special way to recipe. Moreover, Hun Ton, make foreigners not only would be able to experience the unique flavor and fascinating culture, but also they would be able to acquire a better and much-needed understanding of Chinese people. If foreigners can learn more about the special culture from traditional food, they can spread that knowledge to their family and friends.
In summary, although fast food and traditional food have their difference characters, it is important to establish the correct balance between both.
